TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN In March 2009, Arthur project managed the renovation of our bathroom. This involved a complete refit over a 5 week period. We are thrilled with the outcome and the whole process was so well managed and run and the disruption to our life during the time was minimal. I chose Arthur as the contractor to do the bathroom renovation over three other contractors that quoted the project. He was so easy to discuss the plans with, asked a lot of relevant questions on our requirements and preferences and was very helpful with ideas on what was practical and/or popular, while working within our budget and always ensuring that we had the final say in what we wanted. He gave me the impression that he did not compromise on the quality of his work and I was not disappointed. Throughout the process he ensured that I was updated regularly on progress, and his long standing team of tradesmen were all friendly, efficient and reliable. The site was kept clean and vacuumed each day before the workmen left. Any issues that arose were quickly resolved by Arthur. In fact, Arthur's attention to the detail was unequalled. He thought of esthetic concerns I had not even thought about. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for a stress free high quality renovation completed a a reasonable price.
